Enterprise Sales Director-Europe

In this role, you get to identify and sell to large companies that use and deploy video and AI applications in their Data Centres at scale. You will possess a sales and technical background that enable you to drive sales engagement at senior business and technical levels, including video engineers and operations executives. In addition, you will be a strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments while possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
You can be based anywhere in Western Europe.
You will
- grow new revenue from businesses that utilize video and AI technologies as a core capability across W. Europe
- target industry segments such as cloud gaming, CDN, Bare Metal, OTT entertainment streaming services, corporate video operations, real-time video communications, broadcast, social networks, live video platforms, virtual desktop, AI-enabled video learning, security, and more
- sell to companies that have data centres to provide the above services
- develop and execute a strategic account plan that leads to executive and influencer alignment
- build and nurture selling relationships with executives, operational teams, engineers, and stay engaged throughout the entire sales cycle
- evangelize products to prospective users
- articulate and present the value of solutions tailored to the customer’s specific needs
- be able to grasp the modern video encoding and streaming platform architecture at a high level
- manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
- know how to source your deals, and are creative to get in front of people not easily approached
- travel (when needed and safe) for industry conferences and customer meetings
You need
- 5-7 years of technology sales experience focused on outside Enterprise sales (e.g. B2B and/or SaaS sales experience in a revenue closing executive role) selling to above customers
- experience selling streaming video solutions and/or video and AI infrastructure (chips, System on Chip, SoC, FPGA, ASIC)
- to be located in the EU/UK/EEA
- ability to navigate technical and business concepts
- to drive innovation and create new business opportunities with your customers
- understanding of modern video encoding workflow and infrastructure
- passion for technology and aptitude to learn new technologies
- experience selling hardware (big +)
