  • Have you got 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally to major retailers in the DACH region?
  • Do you have knowledge of AI and its use in retail?
  • Are you based in the DACH region and able to work for any employer in Germany?

You will

  • deliver business to new Clients through the delivery of high-level enterprise selling processes and high-quality service levels
  • work closely with the SVP Sales and the Chief Revenue Officer to identify target retailers for new business and then generate sales
  • support sales management with Checkout Intelligence Enterprise (CIE) direct sales
  • manage the expectations of the Client with regards to B2B requirements, service level KPIs
  • be the Client’s go-to person for day-to-day requests and issues
  • work closely with the Client’s Business Teams our Delivery Team to ensure that project and system installation rollouts are professionally managed

You need

  • 5+ years in a new business sales role focused on selling enterprise SaaS solutions to customers in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets (DACH)
  • ideally have success in leading retail client accounts in the DACH market
  • knowledge of AI and its use in retail
  • to forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly sales result and annual forecast)
  • experience presenting at senior levels
  • ability to detect, understand and compile detailed information on Client organizations, key decision-makers and influencers
  • some technical experience or knowledge to understand the solution, features, and functions
  • passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience
  • willingness to travel
