We have an exciting role for an Ad & Exchange Operations Associate based in London. You will be working with the Global Publisher Team at the forefront of the mobile advertising, ad serving and monetisation industry.
- Learn and become an expert of our client’s Digital Marketing Platform (DMP)
- Understand the operational and revenue objectives as they relate to publishers
- Execute on the setup of mobile advertising campaigns on the DMP
- Troubleshoot mobile advertising campaigns to ensure they meet advertiser needs while adhering to publisher requirements
- Lead demo to publishers and new employees on the overall use of the DMP
- Help implement new and innovative ways of using the DMP
- Set up and optimize ad spaces on multiple ad networks and demand partners
- Implement specific reporting processes for both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Communicate with partners regarding ad space set ups/ performance
- Communicate internally regarding ad trafficking and optimization
- Lead ad network integrations and troubleshoot issues with engineering & support team
- Work with the product teams to provide feedback and review change requests, releases and system updates
- Communicate frequently with both internal and external partners, including Ad Operations, Exchange Operations, Finance, Executive Management, etc.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years’ professional experience in Ad Operations, Account Management, or Ad Sales
- Understanding of advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, eCPM
- Technically savvy with basic knowledge of Java Script, HTML, XML, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assure high-quality and on-time delivery of assigned tasks
- To be self-motivated and dynamic individual who works well in a team
- Ability to adapt to a high pressure environment and deliver against deadlines
