What does a recruiting timeline look like?

1The first stage is to discretely and professionally contact potential candidates for an initial discussion of our client’s needs and the opportunity they offer and conduct preliminary telephone interviews to ensure candidates meet the job requirements.
2The second stage is to present the shortlist of suitable candidates to our client and arrange interviews between the client and the candidates. In parallel, based on the client’s guidance, we meet the top candidates face-to-face to go through their backgrounds and ascertain their further suitability for the position.
3The final stage is to assist the client, as required, to finalize the placement of the chosen candidate. If requested, we can help in compensation negotiations and provide advice on the local market where the candidate will be based. Furthermore, we professionally contact any unsuccessful candidates from both the long list and shortlist and provide them with any feedback necessary.
