A leading provider of Virtual Devices used by customer service agents and consumers troubleshoot issues. The client supports the launch of hundreds of device and software updates annually, generating more than 20 million support interactions annually. Already have very large customers in the US but need help to reach more.

Selling to whom

MNOs. The target contacts are director and VP level in customer care or operations departments.

Specific accounts required:

  • Sprint
  • AT&T
  • T-Mobile
  • Bell
  • Rogers

Selling where

USA and Canada

Note

It is OK if you have experience and access to some, but not all, of the 5 accounts listed below. If you have fewer accounts, the scope of the project will be smaller.
