The client supports the launch of hundreds of device and software updates annually, generating more than 20 million support interactions annually. Already have very large customers in the US and Canada and now are ready to expand to Europe.

MNOs. The target contacts are director and VP level in customer care or operations departments.
Selling where
UK and France (The BDD needs to be in one of these locations)
