Selling what

Customer Experience (CX) consulting and software platform to enable businesses to aggregate, analyze and act upon the many disparate customer data points they gather (customer care, social media, feedback surveys, etc.)

Selling to whom

  • Insurance and financial services are the primary targets
  • Secondary targets are telecom and government

The target person to speak with is a senior person in the Operations department (COO, Head of Operations, or similar)

Selling where

  • UK – priority 1
  • Ireland – priority 2
