Due to client and business growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer/Presales Engineer for a leader in 3-5G WAN networking solutions managed in the cloud for enterprises. Our client’s powerful cloud network management solutions allow any enterprise to easily monitor, manage, and maintain all endpoints in their distributed system running on different networks from a single location. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
- Do you have 5+ years sales engineer experience?
- Do you have 4G/5G, SD WAN and IoT experience?
If so, this could be a perfect role for you.
- support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base
- help reseller/channel partners to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
- sell to new prospects and existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels
- model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
- match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- create and deliver presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
- manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
- communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- collect and document competitive intelligence
- 5+ years of solution sales experience
- ideally a bachelor’s degree
- experience in the 4G/5G, SD WAN and IoT Market (e.g. wireless connectivity)
- to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives
- to explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- a track record of consistent achievement
- Italian mother tongue and fluent English (French or Spanish would be a plus)
- to be based in the Milan area
