We have an exciting opportunity to join as the Head of Sales responsible for sales anddevelopment of short- and long-term relations with Agencies and Direct Clients/Brands. You will be a key member of the sales team involved in prospecting, selling, and closing long-term relationships.

In the past five years, our client has developed a large portfolio including clients such as Adidas, VW, Canal+, MacDonald, BMW, Playstation, Samsung, Dior, Nike; Kelloggs, Expedia, EA Games, etc.

They are also constantly innovating and developing new efficient monetization solutions for their Media Partners.

You will

  • Responsible for sales to Media Agencies and Direct Advertisers in the UK and the rest of Europe
  • Fill the pipeline of new opportunities
  • Answer RFPs, close deals and sign IOs with the clients
  • Use your existing contacts to generate an immediate business and develop new contacts
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with a long term view
  • Represent the company at trade shows and networking events

You need

  • 5+ years sales experience in advertising solutions to Agencies & Direct Advertisers
  • A strong network in the Media & Advertising industry in London with great connections in continental Europe
  • Determined self-starter with ambition, positive attitude and strong organisational skills
  • Hungry to earn high commission
  • Ability to work hands on in a start-up environment, multi tasks and be a good problem solver
  • A positive attitude with a passion for winning new business
  • A proven history of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Windows programs (e.g. Excel, Word)

The following would be a plus…

  • Technical knowledge of digital marketing systems
  • Experience in Performance Marketing
  • Mobile advertising experience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to speak German
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
