Director of Sales & Channels, Europe
Due to client and business growth, we have a new exciting role to join as the Director of Sales & Channels covering Europe for a solution that allows company employees to use consumer messaging apps like WhatsApp to communicate with enterprise clients and follow compliance and regulations and ensure communication and data is owned and monitored enterprise by clients including law firms, banks, financial institutions, retail and others.
Is this role for you?
- Do you have contacts and success selling into enterprises in the above sectors (e.g financial institutions, legal)?
- Do you have experience developing and implementing channel recruitment & enablement strategies, provided leadership and direction for Channel partners to ensure they meet business objectives?
- Have you identified and won business with Enterprises and collaborating with channel partners in Europe?
If the answers are yes to the above, then this role is potentially for you!
- identify and sell to enterprise clients in the region
- recruit new channel partners in various European countries
- build and then later manage regional team of sales and professional services
- develop and implement an effective channel recruitment strategy
- co-sell with channel partners to close deals with enterprise customers
- 10+ years of enterprise and channel sales experience
- experience selling to enterprises such as banks, financial institutions, insurance, law firms and retail
- to have set up channel sales agreements
- understanding of governance, risk, and compliance
- home office setup
- willingness to travel throughout Europe when possible
- to be based in London but other EU/EEC locations may be considered
- an excellent salary and commission, which is flexible based on experience
