DACH Territory Manager

Description

We have an excellent opportunity to join a company that has set out an ambitious growth target in the DACH Market and want to take a leadership position in the market. This is a new role and you will be the first person on the ground in the DACh region.

The goal is to develop the region to a 50M Market in 5 years, with a sales force of up to 100 people.

You will

  • be responsible for growing the DACh market
  • lead by example and can lead through others
  • be used to talking on the phone and driving a sales team
  • handle all on ground activities, including setting up a sales Channel, building an inside sales team and working with the marketing department on local on ground events that help drive revenue
  • build a team to 10 people in 12 months
  • set up an office in Germany

You need

  • a strong Cyber Security partner network
  • to be a firm believer in the math of sales, knowing success is a combination of hard work, strong priorities and high quality
  • experience leading sales teams before
  • to speak native German and have excellent English
  • The job will entail up to 30 travel days per year
  • to work as a team and supporting a strong feedback culture that will get us all where we want to go – faster
