Terra Advisors uses a search methodology that provides the best individuals to meet the needs of each client. We use our existing network, database and market knowledge to conduct thorough research and perform market mapping at the start of a search in order to gain a full understanding of where the best individuals will be found.
1The first stage is to discretely and professionally contact potential candidates for an initial discussion of our client’s needs and the opportunity they offer and conduct preliminary telephone interviews to ensure candidates meet the job requirements.
2The second stage is to present the shortlist of suitable candidates to our client and arrange phone interviews between the client and the candidates. In parallel, based on the client’s guidance, we meet the top candidates face to face to go through their backgrounds and ascertain their further suitability for the position.
3The final stage is to assist the client, as required, to finalize the placement of the chosen candidate. If requested, we can help in compensation negotiations and provide advice on the local market where the candidate will be based. Furthermore, we professionally contact any unsuccessful candidates from both the longlist and shortlist and provide them with any feedback necessary.
