We have an excellent opportunity for a Head of Sales for Agencies / Senior Sales Manager for Agencies to join a young and fast growing start up in the dynamic Online & Mobile performance marketing / affiliate marketing space. In this role, you get to join a team of experts to create and help deliver some of the most exciting performance marketing solutions in the sector.
At the Head of Sales for Agencies you will be responsible for the definition, set up and development of the Sales Strategy in collaboration with the CEO.
Our client has an extensive list of clients such as Sky, Expedia, Vueling, Kia, Renault, Lastminute.com, Ubisoft, Groupon, Europcar, Danone and many others. In addition to affiliate marketing, the company also provides solutions to Publishers to monetise their Digital Traffic.
- Define the Sales Strategies for Media Agencies in the UK then expanding to the rest of Europe and finally globally
- Develop new contacts and close deals to reach the sales target
- Identify and develop new opportunities for both short term and strategic long term goals
- Recruit and manage a sales team
- Represent the company during tradeshows and at networking events
- Understand CPA for sales, CPC with target of CPL, CPC and CPI
- Existing contacts to generate an immediate business
- 4+ years’ sales experience selling digital advertising solutions to Agencies
- A hunter mentality with a drive to earn high commissions
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work hands on in a start-up environment
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
Ideally you also have . . .
- An understanding of digital marketing channels
- Experience in Performance Marketing
- Technical knowledge of digital marketing systems (e.g. how tracking works, if an SDK required, is tracking done on server to server, etc.)
- Adnetwork experience
- Mobile experience but it’s not crucial
