We have an exciting role for a junior Inside Sales person to join the sales team for our client who is a global provider of a wide range of messaging solutions focused on an alternative to MS Exchange.

You will

have a pro-active approach and ability to deal with customers on the phone (cold or warm calling)
take incoming calls from potential clients
call clients for software licence renewal (existing and some that were clients in the past)
filling information/data entry into a CRM system (Salesforce)
helping the field sales team to start communication with potential customers (e.g. help set up meetings and demos)
help with marketing campaign follow ups
answering basic sales and licensing calls
prepare quotes from in-bound leads

You need

1 year of experience in a sales/customer support role in a B2B (Business to Business) environment
very good knowledge of Word and Excel
good knowledge/ interest in software, IT or networking solutions
excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication and presentation skills
experience with Salesforce or other CRM (optional)
experience selling enterprise software / SaaS (optional)
